The Residences at Mountain Landing is a luxury accommodation concept based around the private homes at Mountain Landing. Homes that are part of the Residences concept are individually and privately owned. When not in use by their owners, they are available to select guests as exclusive holiday homes.
The nine sites at the centre of Mountain Landing, together with Motuapo Island, will be the hub of the Residences experience. However, every owner who builds at Mountain Landing will have the option of making their home available as a Residence, provided the house meets certain suitability criteria.
The Residences enterprise offers owners the opportunity to receive a return on their Mountain Landing investment and offset the costs of ownership. The Residences business is fully managed by Mountain Landing Services and the Residences are marketed privately as the finest New Zealand lifestyle accommodation.
The first two Residences, The Boathouse and the Gabriel Residence, are already being let to guests. A third, the Hill Top House, is currently under construction and due for completion in 2011. It will offer a number of amenities for use by all Residences guests and will be a gathering place and focus for the Residences community.
