Site 10

Site 10 is one of the closest sites to the sea, nestled in native bush immediately above the clear, calm waters of Wairoa Bay.

Covering approximately 2.7 acres (1.094 hectares), the site is surrounded by mature and regenerating native trees. The driveway runs down to where the wetlands of the Wairoa Valley and open recreational grassed areas and walkways adjoin the beach.

The level building platform provides an ideal house site, with expansive views over Wairoa Bay and the islands. Despite being one of the most private settings at Mountain Landing, Site 10 is just a short stroll along the beach or over the coastal track to The Boathouse.
