Surrounded by rolling pasture, Site 12 is an approximately 3.85-acre (1.5397-hectare) property sitting high on the slopes of the Wairoa Valley.

Its elevated position affords extensive southeasterly views over the valley to the Te Pahi Islands, Moturoa Island and the Black Rocks.

The southern boundary is lined with mature and regenerating bush and its proximity to the Wairoa wetlands gives the site generous exposure to the area’s rare and beautiful birdlife.

The beach at Wairoa Bay is a short walk away, via the tracks and boardwalks that wind past the wetlands from just below the property.
