Site 13

Site 13 is a gently contoured site of approximately 3.5 acres (1.4106 hectares) situated above the wetlands of the Wairoa Valley.

It overlooks the areas of regenerating native bush that lie adjacent to the property, and has commanding sea views over Wairoa Bay and out to the Te Pahi and Moturoa Islands.

The site is within easy reach of the beach, accessed by the walking tracks that run past the wetlands from the bottom of the property, and a comfortable walk from The Boathouse and other amenities at the eastern end of the bay.
