Site 14

Sitting on an elevated knoll with extensive rural, bush and sea views, Site 14 comprises approximately 2.5 acres (0.990 hectares) of gently rolling land.

The site looks south over open pasture to Wairoa Bay and Moturoa Island, and east over native bush plantings and Rangihoua farmland to Mount Mataka and Cape Brett. It lies between an area of regenerating native bush to the west and a further 45 acres of newly planted bush to the east.

The house site is positioned to catch the sun and maximise the property’s coastal and pastoral outlooks.
